GoogleUpon viewing a rental property with this establishment, we were left feeling very annoyed by the unprofessional attitude of the inexperienced letting agent who dealt with us. After several phone calls being unanswered, we expressed concern in the delay for a response to the property enquiry (Four days after the viewing and application being submitted) to which we received lies over the phone as well as very rude and unprofessional responses, full of attitude and excuses. - I have received better customer service from teenagers on work experience!. I do not recommend using this amateur estate agency for anything.NegativeProfessionalism

They are very skilled at moving the process from offer to exchange, staying in contact with both parties and solicitors and making sure things move in a timely fashion whilst helping you negotiate any setbacks or bumps in the road that happen - not an easy thing to do.

They were very efficient communicating viewings and following up after each one getting feedback. We listed our property as the full impact of the mini budget took hold.
