GoogleJan from Fine & Country did an excellent job for us in appraising our house for sale, they were punctual, dependable, well informed , with a well-balanced & reasoned opinion. It is also clear they have an excellent marketing approach to sales and getting results. They clearly positively differentiated themselves from other smaller local and large national market "doyens”. They also have their own central London showrooms and are a prestigious global band so a class act if I say so myself.

GoogleAbsolutely disgusting attitude from Jan. Sent a genuine enquiry on one of their latest instructions only to be made to feel inadequate and being questioned beyond belief. Totally put off from buying through them and goes to show that an agent can actually influence a buyers decision. Avoid. Rude obnoxious and pompous.
James, a polite email has been sent out acknowledging your enquiry and asking the basic questions. As an agent, I’m sure you are aware of that being diligent and checking prospective buyers’ contact details and buying positing is part of the job. We are sorry if you don’t feel it is important but for us it is part of the process regardless who the applicant is.

GoogleThe photograph Fine and Country take of the front of your house will sell it, their trademark dusk lit up by sunset flatters every property and gets you viewings. They understand the market really well and will do what it takes to get the best price, networking, showing commitment, giving attention to detail. You really feel they're on your side with a personal service from people in the know. We would recommend them above every estate agent for buying and selling.

What he achieved for us as the sellers, and I believe for the buyers, was exemplary, and we're terribly grateful. The sale went through in the most difficult of circumstances, and was achieved largely by his efforts and wholly under his guidance and very personal care. GoogleHaving mistakenly firstly wasted a year with another agent, Jan and Ildi renewed by confidence in the sales process; they were always professional and consulted me along the way. The previous estate agent had just managed 7 viewings within 12 months, Jan and Ildi had 12 viewings within 14 weeks. Jan contacted me and recognised the actual buyers straight away and worked with them and myself to make the deal happen. Both Jan and Ildi supported me as the seller and also the buyers thought out the process helping solving solicitor short falls along the route. The brochure was professional and the pictures really showed the beauty in the house and the lifestyle. The sale was finalised a few weeks before covid which was extremely fortunate however this was down to Jan and Ildi and I will always be grateful for their commitment to making the sale happen for me. I would highly recommend Fine and County
