Having recently moved into a Anwyl home we've found the whole process pretty easy. From Debbie in the sales office who answered all our many questions to Ian the site manager who went out of his way to sort the few problems we had. Ian made sure things were attended to promptly and that we were happy with the outcome. Even rolling his sleeves up to do a few odd jobs. Really friendly team. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Outstanding service from anwyl homes staff

We dealt with Stephanie and Samantha from the word go, they've both been unbelievable in there profession, kept us informed from the start right throughout the progress of our new fabulous home being built from scratch, along with regular pics,videos, phone calls, updates. We never had any reason to worry or be concerned over anything, we left it in there hands with no regrets whatsoever. Both Stephanie an Samantha are a huge asset an credit to anwyl homes we've popped into the Sales office a few times to do some measurements in the show home to match ours an nothing was ever to much for them. Stephanie done the official key hand over and was very helpful going around the house with me an Lisa checking over everything, she explained everything to us taking notes of any faults which to be honest were that minor not even worth mentioning, as our new home was better than what we expected. As with all new homes you can get a few minor issues or snags, we had virtually none an what we did have was nothing serious.These homes have been built to a very high standard throughout we went for quite a lot of upgrades which both Stephanie an Samantha took care of, and ensured we got exactly what we opted for.I've never known a house sale which is new build from start to finish to run so smoothly no delays at all or mishaps. Myself an Lisa can't thank Stephanie an Samantha enough, from the bottom of our hearts they've both equally been amazing, showing they're full proffionalisim throughout ensuring we was happy throughout the sale. If I could give them more than 5☆ I would.So if anyone is looking at buying a home off this developer I swear you will not regret it, we've spoken to a few residents who all feel the same I can't recommend this developer enough.So on behalf of me an Lisa we'd like to thank the girls and all the team involved in the background a massive thank you, from the start to the day we walked over the step to get our keys. This home will change our lives were so so happy to be a resident at priory Gardens Burscough such a beautiful place surrounded by lovely people an beautiful scenery.P.s keep the good work up girls your a credit to Anwyl homes 🏡 Jimmy & Lisa ❤️

The team on site @ Victoria Mills have been amazing. Gyllian & Lauren were professional, kind, helpful and informative, I used the recommended solicitors and the house purchase was wonderfully quick. On moving in Issac and the all the builders have been so friendly, incredibly helpful and always around to answer a question or help over the slightest query, they are a joy! Thank you Issac for always checking and caring about the quality of your work! (The offsite team have not been quite as cooperative, but all utility issues are now sorted).

We bought a Lancaster style house at the Crossfields development in Catterall. From Debbie at the office being very efficient, and on the ball,to Ian at the site, who l must say is fantastic at his job, and Anwyl are very lucky to have him working for them. Any snagging issues are dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Nothing is too much bother for him, always willing to make things right and never forgets what he has to do for you. Can't thank Ian enough for getting us into our new house on time when we were renting for 10 weeks. 👍

Extremely happy with our new Anwyl home

We received the keys for our new Anwyl house at Lawrence Gardens almost a month ago. We are absolutely delighted with our new home and would like to thank all of the Anwyl staff involved with its purchase and construction. Debbie from the sales team sold us the house and thereafter Sarah saw us through the entire process, keeping us regularly updated until we received the keys. They were both extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Mike and Pete, the Assistant Site Managers, delivered a well-constructed building and we have been struggling to produce anything other than a very short list of minor snags. We would particularly like to thank Pete who still calls on us every few days to deal with very minor issues and just to make sure we are happy with our new home.

Victoria Mills - Bretton

Looking back to when I moved into my new Anwyl home at Victoria Mills in December 2022 I never imagined I would be here over 7 months later posting a 5-star review. One should expect a whole list of snags to sort out on taking the keys to a new build, but I was faced with the wrong kitchen, scratched windows and ducting to the extractor fan in the wrong place on top of everything else. Stressful times indeed! Initially things moved very slowly in putting things right, however a change in site manager in March saw a marked improvement. Isaac and his team have significantly improved relations with homeowners in getting problems sorted out promptly and to a high standard. Isaac goes the extra mile and regularly calls by to ensure the snags are done to a high standard. Now things are finally finished I am delighted with my new Anwyl home and give them 5 stars mainly due to the intervention of Isaac.

When I first visited the site back in…

When I first visited the site back in December 2022 I was impressed with the sales team, Gyllian and Lauren were very helpful. They made sure I understood all the details and that the house would be to my liking.I got the keys in March and met Isac. As to be expected with a new house there were some snags, a scuff here and a wrong colored down light there. Isac took all these issues on board and dispatched his team to fix! He even offered to water my lawn! An interesting fact about Isac is that he loves to go riding horses at the weekend. He better be careful not to fall off!

An Evesham in Victoria Mills

We moved into our new Anwyl home at the end of March 2023 in Victoria Mills. To be honest, we had a pretty rough start with Anwyl & 6 months ago, I’m not sure I would have recommended them but it’s got better since! The sales person we dealt with at the beginning left half way through and we found there were a lot of things promised to us by him that couldn’t actually be delivered. We had the offer on our house fall through and it was an extremely stressful time. The journey definitely got better when Gyllian joined the Victoria Mills site and it was a breath of fresh air to deal with her vs the people before. Her and Tom in the end were great. When we got our keys, we were really disappointed with the finish of our home on the inside after waiting 9 months to complete. There were a lot of things wrong and a lot of things that needed to be redone but we met Issac the site manager when we moved in and he has been great ever since. Anything that needed to be fixed or rectified, was completed asap and all the trades people that have been in since have been great especially Andy! It’s just such a shame it wasn’t handed over to us at the top quality we were expecting as it’s not easy having workers in and out all the time but we can’t fault the work that has been done since so thank you for that!! We’re settling in nicely!

Perfect Company to buy a new build with!

I own a new build house on the Anwyl cross fields site, it is a Hartford type house model. My parents also own a Hartford on the Lawrence Gardens site. I have been in the house for a month and I am loving every minute of it. The support I have received from the staff has been great. Debbie was very helpful when going through the sale process and went through everything thoroughly. Ian the site manager has been amazing and has been helpful whenever I have had any questions or any issues whatsoever. The staff at Anwyl genuinely care about the houses they build and ensure that they are of the highest quality. The houses they build are definitely worth buying and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a house.

We purchased a Snowdon in April and have been delighted. The quality of the house is fantastic and exceeded our expectations.We did have several snags, and the house's cleanliness when we exchanged was poor. Additionally, we did have to remove a considerable amount of debris from our garden (Bricks, paving slabs, bags etc.).However, our site manager Isaac ensured each snag was promptly resolved. Isaac has been very proactive since we moved in regularly checking that everything is going well. The level of service from him has been fantastic. Additionally, all the site teams that have been in the house have been exemplary. I would highly recommend Anwyl Homes.

Anwyl team go above and beyond at Dalton Fields

All Anwyl staff have been friendly, approachable and professional from our first contact with the sales team, Jason and Sarah, through to the site managers, Elliott and Gaz. All snagging issues were followed up promptly and contractors were also friendly and efficient. The painter and decorator, Dean, deserves special mention for his friendly and positive approach. We had a few problems identifying and resolving a plumbing issue. The issues were down to the contractor's installation and poor response to snagging concerns. When we flagged followed up with Jason and Gaz they were quickly resolved. We think our experience has been good because of the people still working on site. Whilst we have flagged any issues with Customer Services, who have resolved the majority swiftly, it has been our relationships with the on-site team which have been most valuable. They have gone above and beyond to make our move successful.

Anwyl Handforth - Customer Feedback

We bought a house on the Handforth development (The Fairways) and moved in at the end of March.The sales team were initially slow at responding and communication was poor at the start, however closer to the completion date the sales assistant was replaced and the new sales team are much better and responded in a timely matter. Following moving in Gareth Foster and Joe Turano have been communicative, quick and diligent, even noticing snagging issues we did not. All the snagging issues were resolved promptly, and we have found all the workers respectful and courteous when coming to complete the works. Gaz and Joe went above and beyond even helping arrange a few other items that we wanted done around the house and garden which saved us a lot of time and hassle. Generally the purchasing experience was straightforward and stress free, and the after care team from the site managers has been excellent.

I purchased a home from Anwyl Homes a few months ago and the process was very smooth with virtually no hiccups from the sales team (Helen and Sarah were very helpful). Everything was dealt with smoothly and swiftly.Since moving into the property the on-site staff Gaz and Joe have been extremely helpful, caring and very professional. They go out of their way to ensure everything is done correctly and to a high standard and are always looking to improve any aspect of the property without even having to ask them. I can only say good words about the service I have recieved from them especially since this is my first property purchase they have given me good general advice without feeling rushed or ignored. I couldn't have asked for a better team to make the process easy for me.

We purchased our house on the Fairways estate in Handforth in March this year, with the intention of setting up a supported living arrangement for our son and two other adults with disabilities.Anwyl Housing have made the potentially stressful process of buying a house as straightforward as possible. The sales staff have been extremely helpful, and have kept us fully informed at all times.The quality of the build is very good; we are very impressed and delighted with our new house. There were obviously a number of snags which needed addressing, but the site foreman Gaz, along with Joe, could not have been more attentive. All of the snags have been successfully attended to, and Gaz and Joe also very kindly completed a few additional tasks for us.Overall, we have found the whole process of buying a new build property from Anwyl reasonably stress-free and straightforward, and would recommend them without reservation.

Anwyl Homes, not for me!!!!!!

I’ve been in my new house at Mill Green Warton for nearly six months, we’ve had umpteen snagging jobs which you can expect on a new build, the problem is they take so long to get resolved and when they do the workmanship is atrocious .Ive been waiting for a new garage roof which has been an issue since March, along with other major issues such as a bung being left in our main drain blocking the drain for several houses, this meant my lovely back garden had to be run over and dug up to access the drain quickly and this meant there digger had to come through my back fence to the garden,the grass which was relaid because the digger ran over it has been replaced by a poorer quality of grass and the lawn is now uneven due to the digger going over the garden.There is also light switch in the wrong place in our hallway but I was told by an embarrassed electrician “ it’s on the plans” all this (and more) making my experience of Anwyl homes a miserable one.The flooring that was put down in the hall and kitchen was put down the wrong way, we out of frustration just said leave it, some of the tradesmen who have worked on this estate should be ashamed how they have left some of our homes, the paint work is a disgrace, our outside back door has just undercoated on it for months, the brick work on the post at the front of our house crumbled and came away with the touch of a finger, knowing what I know now would I have purchased from Anwyl homes a definite no, would I recommend Anwyl Homes to any future buyer, never stay well away you have been warned.I have text/wattsapp messages sent to management with timescales of how long jobs are taking, again I invite Anwyls Senior managers to come round I’m quite willing to show them everything.PS - Anwyl homes have asked me to go into more details of this review, I hope this update helps them, Anwyl feel free to contact me anytime.

Excellent customer care from Gareth Foster after moving. There were quite a few snagging issues, but Gaz was very responsive and helpful in getting things sorted.We had multiple build delays amounting to three months in total, which caused a lot of upset and expense, and initially there were a lot of snagging issues, which have taken a while to clear, but Gaz was great in arranging fixes, and went the extra mile by sorting skips for rubbish disposal and other things, which was much appreciated.5 stars for the customer care from Gaz and Joe Turano, as well as the sales team who were very helpful.
