GoogleNice of you to sell someone a flat with no water main . Especially as I informed you of this before you sold it to them . Very bad on your behalf
Sorry that you felt the need to rate us as 1 star as I am unable to locate you as a client of ours. However, to clarify a water main at a property would be an issue for the conveyancers instructed by the sellers and buyers and the surveyor instructed by the mortgage lender/buyer and not the Estate Agent. In the rare case where a property has no water main all parties would have been informed which in this case they were. If you would like to discuss this any further please feel free to contact us on oakdale@keydrummond.com or call the office on 01202 681113
