GoogleWe used the William H Brown Oadby branch for both our purchase and sale. The purchase was extremely complicated, and I cannot commend Jack at the branch enough for both his hard work and professionalism. He was quick to respond throughout, going above and beyond (even out of hours), to deal with obstacles that were thrown up. He was reassuring when issues arose, and he delivered on his promises. His commitment to getting the case completed was evident, and we as a family are extremely grateful for the major part he played in that.

GoogleDoesn't even deserve a star. Pushy staff. Tried to make me buy products and services with them. When I refused, as I had arrangements elsewhere, my offer was jeopardised. Had numerous lengthy telephone conversations trying to persuade me. Poor communication, will never respond to anything in writing to cover his tracks. I know buying a house can be stressing, but these guys give you the stress the minute you talk to them. I wouldn't recommend buying or selling a house through William H Brown.

GoogleVery rude staff, I went into the branch to discuss a property and the person said do you have an appointment? I only got to say no, and she said well we can't help then, if allowed to finish I was going to say, no I was looking a a property and can make an appointment for tomorrow, but I will just go over the road who have the same property for sale and buy there.

GoogleCorrupt / Bribery: Made an offer well above asking and all cash, the agent said the selling has offers 30k more and is considering them. I find out later from Land Registry that the house sold for the asking price. Lower than my offer. Hence avoid these snakes.

GooglePut in an offer twice but didn't get any response despite being promised a 24 hour turnover on both instances. Both times I waited for a few days before contacting them. The second time they didn't even record my offer! Upon asking, they just whinned how busy they've been over the past days - absolutely unprofessional! GoogleI wouldn’t even give them 1, horrendous on both occasions I’ve used them. People leaving the company constantly and no one picking up each others work, leaving the emails unanswered and having to chase and still getting no response.
