GoogleAt the beginning, I didn’t have a great experience with WHB when they were dealing with my property that I wanted to sell. It really caused stress and anxiety. However, my property ended up getting managed by someone else within the branch. Chloe Watson; who went above and beyond for me. I am grateful for all her help and guidance and she definitely is the reason why my experience with WHB changed for the better. I couldn’t recommend her enough. She was efficient, professional and had my best interests at heart. It was easy to communicate my concerns and worries with her as I knew I would get a quick response. Thank you again, Chloe! My family and I are really grateful.

GoogleMy experience has been outstanding with this company. Natasha who was my mortgage advisor was extremely helpful, she had my best interest from day one, her approach was very transparent and everything she explained was detailed. All my questions, doubts and concerns were all clarified and I new exactly where I stood at each point in the process of buying my first house. I felt really comfortable and the service she provided was truly exceptional as she went above and beyond, I could call her/email her and she we would resolve all my queries, she even liaised with my solicitor. Cannot thank/compliment this place and it's staff enough, in particular Natasha. Thank You for all your help and getting me the best deal on the market, if it wasn't for you, I'd be lost.

Their incredible and impeccable advice and service, very down to earth yet very professional and knowledgeable team at Oadby branch made me feel very confident and comfortable in dealing with the purchase of my property. The flawless advice and guidance from the branch manager, Mr Sharad Patel and his assistance Mr Ajay Patel made my decision to purchase a particular property easier and less stressful. I am very grateful to the branch’s senior mortgage consultant, Ms Natasha Conroy who I found to be very attentive, friendly and very professional. She found me the mortgage that met my exact needs of wanting a fixed term contract. Natasha also found me a Conveyancing Solicitors for dealing with the legal side of my purchase and that made everything less time consuming and seamless for me. I feel so glad that I contacted “William H Brown” in Oadby, Leicestershire, as in all honesty I had neither the knowledge of how to purchase the property nor to obtain the mortgage. GoogleCalled Oadby branch with regards to a property viewing they advertised online. Jack the branch manager spoke directly and confirmed on more than 2 occasions once the keys are in his hands he will give me a call “ as I am first on his list”. Patiently waiting for the call and had NO RESPONSE. Went on right move to see the property has been sold. Very very poor service and shocking with the empty promises made. Never use this company absolutely shocking service. Needs new management if they want to maintain the reputation. Very sad at what has occurred.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

If you want to sell your house, find an estate agent who makes sure that all booked, interested buyers get a chance to give you an offer. Shocking service...
