Xchange Properties Nuneaton reviews

I would wholeheartedly recommend Xchange Properties and Michael Hayes, who dealt with our sale. Within 24 hours of listing, we had a viewing and a full price offer! Michael supported us throughout the sale through to completion, answering queries and calls promptly, even outside of usual office hours. It very much felt like a personalised approach where nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended 👌

Initially, we were on the market with another agent but experienced little to no interest. We then made the decision to switch to Xchange, supported by Lisa, and it was the best move we could have made. The attention to detail in marketing our home was outstanding, and Lisa handled all viewings personally, keeping us constantly updated through our dedicated WhatsApp group. Our house sold within just four weeks, and the excellent service has continued even after the sale. I would highly recommend this agency, the personal, one-on-one approach truly takes the stress out of the entire process.

Scammers who have no ethics or morals…

Scammers who have no ethics or morals and all they care about is scourging a penny. Stay well away if you don't want to be scammed.I will be making complaints to as many regulating bodies as I can to investigate these low life animals.

My recent house sale was completed through Xchange Properties Estate Agents by Michael. The process was pretty smooth, though long, and was dealt with professionally throughout. Thanks for all you have done to make my next move possible!

Bradley consistently goes above and beyond to deliver a top service. He stops at nothing to support you through the process and makes himself available as and when you need. I'm not sure I could get a better service than what Bradley provides. Thankyou
