Perfect from start to finish. Petros from beginning to end was immaculate in his dedication to selling our home. Moving house is one of the most stressful things a person can do but with Petros in our corner it was smooth sailing. Even when our buyer messed us around our house sold again within 3 days! And we were back on track in no time and have just moved into our dream home. An extra point to make is how good a job Xchange did on our house photos and really capturing its best qualities to the point we had 8 viewings in the first week of being on the market. All in all a very good experience and will definitely be using them again if we ever decide to move again.

When I first met Bradley Warren of Xchange Properties, I couldn't have been more impressed with his attitude, and the company as a whole! He could certainly 'talk the talk' and the package he provided seemed second to none. The way he advertised my property was fabulous and I was very happy...nether of us thought it would take long to sell and sure enough, four viewings swiftly followed which was just what I had hoped for as I had been interested in a property he was also selling,for getting on for 12 months. He knew how keen I was and I thought if he was going to potentially get 2 sales and 2 purchases out of it the he would be more invested in trying to sell mine! .....but could he 'walk the walk ?' UNFORTUNATELY NOT!! Within a few hrs of me accepting a counter offer on the property I wished to purchase, I decided that I no longer needed to sell my own house in order to purchase the one I'd fallen in love with. From this moment on Brad's whole demeanor changed, he became rude, very condescending, up his own a**e and very unprofessional! I had said to him from the get go that I was going to try to sell AND let my current property and that as I was so keen to purchase my dream house, which ever happened first would win the race! I let it first and believe I could have sold mine to 2 of the 4 interested parties, had it not been for Brad & Xchanges lack of experience! (quite a maiden business). Two weeks after what I thought was an agreed STC deal, I was told via a message that my offer (with no chain) had been rejected in favour of a very similar (if not the same) offer from another party (who were part of a chain) as i was deemed " an unreliable purchaser who kept changing her mind!!". I went back with a best and final offer at £25,000 above my supposedly agreed offer and this was still rejected due to my unreliability. I lost a property I had been stalking on rightmove all year and the vendors effectively lost an additional £25k. I believe reneging on our agreement was very unprofessional, poor practice, and possibly even against RICS and Property Mark codes of conduct. I would be very careful if you are thinking of instructing this company whether buying or selling,at least until they find their feet and become a little more established. A director of the company also became involved in my dispute and he too was very unprofessional. I do hope that they take this review very seriously, as promised!' I have been asked to provide further details to prove that this review is genuine! I refer all readers to my now edited review on trust pilot! I really fail to see why I have to justify why I am so angry! I am also deeply hurt and saddened at this whole unfortunate mess but will not be silenced, intimidated or forced to remove my 100% honest review!!

What can I say about Xchange Properties other than fantastic! We first came across them when we saw a listing of theirs for the house we ended up buying. The listing stood out on Right Move due to the amazing photography and we knew from other agents listings that this wasn't something you'd find everywhere. We had Jamie and Brad come out to give us a quote for putting our house on the market. They were really friendly and competitively priced but more importantly we were sold on their ability to market our house effectively.
