Gina was amazing and made us feel at ease straight away. She told us what we needed to know and then left us alone to view the property at our own pace. Gina would go above and beyond to answer any questions or enquiries that we had and would come back as soon as she knew. She would make sure that she checked in with you to see how things were going and keep you up to date with anything that was going on her end. Gina met us at the property when we got the keys and made sure that we were happy. We moved in on a Friday and on Monday Gina checked in to see how we were settling in and if we had an questions. Overall Gina is the best at what she does and would highly recommend her to anyone!!

From start to finish, Petros has been an outstanding estate agent and an absolute pleasure to work with. His professionalism, calm approach, and genuine care made the whole process of selling our home so much easier and far less stressful than we expected. Petros kept us informed at every stage, explained everything clearly, and always made time for our questions. His communication was excellent, and we always felt supported and in safe hands. He went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, and his experience and confidence really showed. We are truly grateful for all his hard work. We highly recommend Petros to anyone looking for a dedicated, reliable, and exceptional estate agent.

Mark has been both a great agent and mortgage advisor, always responsive and fast acting, working hard in the background to make the purchase of our property go as smoothly as possible. As first time buyers, we expected a more daunting process, however we couldn't have had a more clear experience with help at every step. We will be sure to use Xchange Properties when we come to sell knowing how on-hand and helpful they always are!

I cannot recommend Lisa and Michael highly enough. Through out the entire process the service we received was top-tier. Their marketing was stunning, and the approach to viewings was excellent. Beyond the business side, I was especially grateful for Lisa’s empathy, she was incredibly supportive and understanding throughout the entire process. They are a fantastic team.

Can't thank our Estate Agent Bradley Warren enough! He went above and beyond to make our listing stand out on Rightmove. The photos were fantastic, showing off our home in the best possible light, and the marketing was spot-on, we had lots of interest right from the start! Bradley was super approachable and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Couldn’t recommend him and Xchange Properties more if you’re looking to sell!

Micheal and his team have bent over backwards on helping us on our journey of selling our property. From the footage they have provided, photo portfolios, internal video throughout, superb online presence to aerial drone video, they always go the extra mile to showcase your home. The communication was always on point, which is key as our experience with our previous agents was lacking on that level. We would definitely highly recommend there services on selling your home in Nuneaton, Warwickshire. Outstanding ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From the very first time I met Michael I was impressed. He came out on a Sunday to photograph the house ready for a Monday launch. The quality of photos & video were genuinely phenomenal- it was the main reason I chose Xchange as I had seen on Rightmove & the amount of sold boards was practically 2:1 in our local area. House launched & Lisa was assigned as our sales advisor. Just wow. So efficient, so kind, so empathetic. Day 1, booked 6 viewings in & unbelievably we sold. It went to a bidding war between 3 & Lisa negotiated us a sale 10k over asking price. The journey has not gone as smoothly as first planned due to other agents in the chain being less efficient than Xchange has but we have got across the line. Despite everything, Lisa has been there every step of the way not only to advise & guide but also to mop tears & offer a friendly shoulder which I have been so grateful for. Talk about the personal touch! Honestly, if I ever moved again, I would have no hesitation in using Xchange. Since using them I’ve met & seen more & more ppl using them and honestly, I understand why.

Xchange Properties came to value my property a few weeks ago. Both Michael & Jamie were incredibly professional and knowledgeable of the local area and gave me some amazing advice on how to add the finishing touches to our property to get it “market ready”. We will be launching our property in the next few weeks with Xchange and their communication has been outstanding throughout the process. We have also just received our marketing video, photos and twilight photos back for review and I am BLOWN AWAY!!!!! If I could leave 10 stars I would!!

Having sold 2 houses via Michael and his team I honestly can’t recommend XChange Properties enough! During my sale I had some issues with my solicitors yet Michael was always on the ball to let me know when they needed a chase! The guys at XChange really did have to go the extra mile to get my house over the line, which is where all their experience shined through and took a lot of the stress away from me. Sometimes I swear these guys work 24/7 as no matter when I called they answered and always made time for my enquiries. 10 out of 10 service all the way! I’m hoping this is going to be my forever home but if not I know who to call :)
