GoogleWorked with the staff at this agency to get a rental on a flat when I was living in Nuneaton. They were very helpful and kind to me when I contacted them from the beginning all throughout my 2 year stay in Nuneaton. Would highly recommend them!

GoogleWorst agency i was renting from.. they find lots of reasons what have to be done afrer moving out and most of it was already done. Carpet washed and i was told they need vaccuming 🙄 Lamp shades dirty, and there was not even 1 lamp shade in the house. They are a joke place.

GoogleI was with them for over 2 years and during this time had couple issues with house but They always responded for my emails within 24hrs. Sometimes I was disappointed with decision but then I realised is not them but the landlord. I think they always did what they can, and always was friendly with me. No problems with deposit payout as well.

GoogleExcellent service, woman on my own selling and buying. James came with me to view houses to held me find what was right for me. From going on sale to moving it only took 6 weeks, never moved so quick. Always at the end of phone helped me above and beyond any estate agent ever has . Would highly recommend.

GoogleMañana man left us hanging for 10 weeks after viewing property despite repeated chase ups. Never told us the viewing was a "group viewing. Lost all our details. POOR service. Would avoid if possible.

GoogleWhen inquiring about one of their properties, they informed me that they do not let properties to applicants under 25 years old. This is a bit strange, as age is in fact a protected characteristic covered by law, and this a form of discrimination.

GoogleUnfriendly, dismissive and rude. If you don't like what is offered first time, they take great offence. Tried to fob me off, I left very unsatisfied. Decent selection of properties however, prices seems on the steep side.
