GoogleIm only putting one star as no stars isnt an option...
Frankly the majority of staff are brilliant!
However... their director Sally is so rude and obnoxious its unreal, she has such a condescending nature, uses threatening language and is in no way human.
She shows no empathy for peoples circumstances and frankly is a disgrace and shouldnt be anywhere near a business that deals with people.
She asks extremely personal questions and assumes you as a tenant is some kind of scum.
Frankly she needs putting out of business.

I had a very bad experience with them. They wasted my whole month took all my details and references and told me my application is successful but in the end they sent me an email saying we are returning your deposit and your application is unsuccessful.
I called to talk to the manager and it was Sally who said she’s director but she has no manners and customer service is 0.

Was just requesting a viewing and she didn’t wanna deal with me so told me to get to the office and laughed at me saying the property is “hard to get into” and you won’t be able to find it to view. I was thinking that’s not my problem and she should advise rather than laugh and be rude.

SE severally lacking in people skills, coming across very cold and unapproachable.
Extremely slow to react to concerns, even the most severe issues were met with a complete lack of interest and vigour.
On no less than five occasions I was left without essential utilities for a number of weeks.
There is no regard for the rented property being your home, with members of staff walking dirt into the carpets on inspection days.
Contractors used for maintenance were mostly poor. One contractor created an unsafe living environment. This took weeks to resolve as nobody admit liability after damage was caused.
Good: Cheap
Recommendation:
Would only recommend if you had no other choice.

GoogleJoke place for renting. I’m surprised they still have properties to rent and anyone want to work with them. They will give you all kind of excuses to hold your deposit. I’ve got a whole a4 page of things which have to be cleaned after moving out and when I told them to get their own company to clean it I was charged just £66. So was the property left so bad or they want us to lick it on our knees??
