Amazing service when purchasing the property, Heather and Rachael (from Thorn Road, Houghton Regis) were really positive and helpful when we were making final decisions. Heather in particular was so patient when my partner and I were choosing looks for the house (tiles flooring etc). I would say the only negative was that my partner and I had been looking at a set properties/ plots since August, but the plots we wanted hadn’t been released until Nov/Dec. However, even though we were subscribed to the set of plots/properties we hadn’t been informed that the properties/plots had become available, which caused a worry between us for 4/5 months.I felt that I was being persistent (annoying) ringing the line at Houghton Regis with no answer, it was only until I rang the head office did I eventually get a call back.But I really couldn’t fault the positive experience we had once we did reserve a property and all the extra help we received- thank you so much, we are so excited and grateful for all the help.

Hi there, We are so thankful to know Nilesh who really help us a lot. We almost lost the property if not for him.An agent from Bairstoweves who did not like us much, thats what we think, wanted to give the unit to other party who can give much more than the price we knew which is £291, 995. We did not really realized that the property is in auction that we need give a higher offer. Anyway to the cut it short, my husband ask help from Adam from Bellway where we also have interest in the houses before, to send our message to Nilesh who we talk to last year and discussed everything to us but it is just that we are not financially ready that time. From there we are able to have the property with their kindness and understanding of everything. We really appreciate all their help.
