GoogleFrom start to finish a great experience. A very accurate valuation, asking price accepted within 5 days and charges at 0.9% lower than other estate agents in the area. The staff were fantastic and so helpful with advice and liason with the buyer. It was great working with a local family run business, it made all the difference. Would recommend Alan cooper to everyone.

GoogleWhilst seemed a little bit slow to market my property at first the overall service I received was excellent. My main contact especially gave 100% over and above she kept me informed of progress, was supportive during the process which was challenging for me, I can't fault her. I would certainly recommend them, a very kind, thoughtful personal service .

GoogleWe have two houses for sale with Alan Cooper - The first sold in 24 hours and completed yesterday (22nd Sept). The experience was a pleasurable one. The team are on hand when needed, Very responsive to calls and emails. I felt the team understood what I wanted from the sale but just as important understood what the buyers of our property wanted.

I was working with Charlotte who was consistent in providing updates throughout the process. She went above and beyond to provide an outstanding service to myself even though I wasn't even technically a client of theirs. FacebookCannot recommend these guys enough. They have been outstanding throughout the sale of my property. They were hardworking, consistent and you could tell they did everything they could for the sale to go through including communication with solicitors. They were quite honestly the glue that held the whole process together. Throughout the listing and sale of my property then through to completion day I dealt with Alan, James, Charlotte, Gemma and Jane and they were equally as exceptional as the other, always willing to help, would be quick to answer the phone and get back to me within the hour, always happy to advise and talk through what was happening - I was over the moon with their service and would use them again in a heartbeat.

GoogleIf I could give this review more stars, I absolutely would! The level of support and service that we have been given has been fabulous. Gemma Thackery in particular and her colleagues at the Nuneaton branch have gone above and beyond for us. If we ever move house again, we will purposely seek out their support.
