I think it’s fair to say that many of us have had a rubbish time with estate agents at some point in our house buying lives; this couldn’t be any further from our experience with Alan Cooper who were a complete antidote to that kind of experience, and who happened to be selling the house we fell head over heels in love with. This was a scary time for us as we needed to sell our own home to buy the ‘dream’ and I was so afraid we’d lose it to another buyer, or fail to sell ours fast enough. Well… Alan, Charlotte, James and all the really lovely people in the office (especially Jane who was always so kind) got us exactly where we needed to be: impressively they sold our house within a couple of weeks (relief!) for above the asking price (joy!), and kept us in the loop every step of the way (without having to chase all the time!!!). They were always so friendly and helpful to talk to, and it really felt like they wanted it to work out for us and were doing everything they could to make it happen. I can’t thank them enough and I’m looking forward to having them back for a coffee soon when we’ve renovated, and I’ll definitely be recommending them and using them again (if we ever move again that is, ha!) in the future. Keep being great, everyone at Alan Cooper!

Yesterday we FINALLY completed on our sale & purchase-both through Alan cooper estate agents. Unfortunately it wasn’t a smooth process due to issues within the chain, repeatedly delaying things but everyone at Alan cooper supported and guided us every step of the way. It ended up being quite a complicated purchase and Charlotte Cooper dealt with it. Contact was always easy to maintain, we were kept up to date and they were efficient. I’m sure our purchase caused Charlotte lots of headaches 🤣 and she shared in our joy yesterday when we finally got our hands on the keys!! The sale of our property was very straight forward, it was marketed well & sold within a few weeks with loads of viewings. Highly recommend, and if we were ever going to sell again (which we’re not!) then I’d use Alan cooper without a doubt!
