GoogleWorse Estate Agents i ever had to deal with. Staff are rude, unhelpful, everything is always your fault. Constantly spoke over me, was called tramp as a longstanding mould issues wasn't dealt with for 2 years and now become a big problem. She puts the phone down on you when you don't just accept what's been said. If there was zero star review that would to much.

GoogleAVOID !! charged me £80 for cobweb and dust cleaning, denied me half of my deposit after various clauses "apparently in the contract" ,when i challenged them i had replies with " it should have been in your contract but not you have a different version". All this after living in uninhabitable conditions for 3 months, with promises over promises of repair.

Clayton & Nina and the team have a very friendly approach to my tenants and create a nice atmosphere. I'd be pleased to recommend Belvoir to other landlords and tenants alike.

GoogleAwful agency no respect what so ever towards tenants certain staff members very rude and unprofessional when comes to issues. Would never recommend, whenever I had issues with the property at the time it took months for them to sort any issues espically when it came to mould! also with leaving the property very disrespectful and all they cared about was money. Again would never go back. And never recommend

GoogleI changed the company I was using to rent my properties out a little while ago now. Belvoir in Hinckley, hands-on company very friendly and nothing is to be too much trouble. I can't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleThe Agency it's been nice and good until the rent contract it's been signed but after All the problems are yours!!, because the Agency it's trying to blame the Landlord if everything it's broken or not working on the property. And from them on you call the landlord and the Landlord it's trying to blame the agency and then, again and again. After many phone calls to the agency and landlord the landlord it's taking some action to repair the problem etc.

GoogleWe recently bought a house through Belvoir. The staff couldn't have been more helpful with the process from start to finish. Paul went above and beyond what was required and was very fast to respond to any queries we had. We couldn't recommend them enough.

GoogleDO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENT! My partner and I viewed a lovely property in Barwell on Saturday morning and pretty much fell in love with it. Clayton, the “director” was there to show us round…he pretty much sat on his phone the whole time. After having a look around, we were then told we could have a second viewing if needed and to let them know. We went home and discuss our offer and our decision, safe to say we wanted to put an offer in on the property - knowing we had plenty of wiggle room with the final offer. Monday morning comes and out mortgage advisor contacts Belvoir on our behalf. He was met with a rude encounter and ended up having the phone put down on him! What information we did get was ridiculous , the property had been sold the day before and we weren’t told! We were shocked to find out that not only had an offer been accepted SSTC but we couldn’t put an offer in ourselves. I contacted Clayton and told him we were well within our rights to place an offer on the property regardless of the previous offer. Claiming that they were ethical and treat everyone fairly and equally? Our experience with Belvoir WAS NOT ethical, fair or equal! Disgusting behaviour. Please do not use this estate agent for any selling, buying, letting or anything else they may say they can do!

GoogleI sacked Belvoir as my lettings agency around 18 months ago but, after reading about the criminal activities of one of its directors in the press in recent days, I'm adding this review to try and help others avoid the experiences I had. Whether you're a prospective tenant or landlord, I'd avoid this company like the plague. Its biggest failing is communication. Belvoir Hinckley do not communicate properly, either with each other, their tenants, their landlords or their contractors. Most of the issues I had could easily have been solved if they could learn to communicate with each other properly. Topping the charge sheet in my time using Belvoir was them letting my gas safety certificate expire, meaning the house was briefly let illegally. They also left my tenants with an oven with no door for several days, and failed to act promptly when my tenants reported water coming through the ceiling. On another occasion, I understand a Belvoir representative let themselves into the property without gaining authorisation first, which is illegal. I could easily go on. I had a very good relationship with my tenants, so I was able to find out the difference between what Belvoir were telling me was happening at the property, and what was actually happening. Whenever I challenged them, there was an unwillingness in almost every scenario to take responsibility for their own failings. The first port of call was almost always to blame someone else. When I signed a contract with Belvoir, the welcome letter claimed the company "prides itself on offering responsive, competent and excellent service." GoogleBeen with Belvoir for 3 years at my property and both Nina and Katie have been amazing, although i wish the agency was a little quicker at getting repairs and things sorted it's always got done in the end. Never had any problems with this agency and I have found Katie Evritt to be especially helpful, she has gone out of her way to help me sort my tenancy out and dealt with any queries I have had in a timely manner. No complaints with these guys at all and hope they continue to thrive.

GoogleI have enjoyed a business relationship with Belvoir for a number of years, both as a landlord and as a property seller. Throughout this period I have always been impressed with the level of professionalism of the Hinckley team, and their helpfulness and friendliness whenever I have engaged with them. As such I never had reason to even consider using another company for my property needs. From my very positive personal experience with Belvoir, I would not hesitate in recommending them for letting or selling- having had a positive experience in both aspects.

GoogleTook our house off the market with these jokers, Lack of communication, lied to in order to get our house on the market with them, no one calls you back when they say they will the sales director went on holiday and somehow a house that was on hold for 2 weeks for us while we tried to sell ours was sold without his knowledge so he claims and we were only informed about this by another estate agent never called back with an explanation. Had to chase when requested to view a house and even after chasing still took 2 /3 days for them to get back to us! Do not use this company I will not use them for either selling or buying shocking service!!

Nina, Katie, Sophie & Trudy have all given amazing service with looking after me and my family with whatever I needed for my property and made sure I had a very pleasant tenancy.
