We have both let a property and now sold it using Belvoir. From the outset Clayton was very helpful as we set up the rent of the property. Going forward, new tenants were quickly found by Belvoir as previous ones left thereby keeping any loss of rent to an absolute minimum. Ruth has been excellent in keeping us fully aware of any issues that needed to be addressed throughout and getting them resolved for us if we were unable to deal with them ourselves. In the sale, again buyers were quickly found by Belvoir and Ruth through due diligence and endeavours ensured the Conveyancing process concluded quickly. Clayton, his lovely wife and daughter run a very thorough business. They arrange everything, I’ve already sold a house with them last year and I’ve just sold my house too. To enable my husband and I to retire by the Sea in Whitby. Ruth Moss, in charge of Sales, is honest, delightful, totally trustworthy as I know people get worried about Estate Agents, my Mom was one back in the day! You can’t have trust Belvoir 💯 %! I have rented a house through Belvoir for just under two years. They have shown me how an Estate Agent should be run so efficiently,professionally,friendly and helping relentlessly regardless what the problems were. They have always made me welcome which is unusual, experiencing with other Estate Agents. The owner of the company Sophie, Abigail and especially Nina and of course other guys in the team have always made me welcome rather than a normal client. I have had an amazing experience with Belvoir in Hinckley. Ruth really has been an absolute star. My house sale has been a bit of a tricky one with a few outstanding enquires from the buyers solicitor taking quite a lot of time to get resolved, but Ruth was persistent in helping me get this sorted. I also no longer live in the area and Ruth has constantly helped me with keeping me updated on the house and checking meter readings etc. Communication has been brilliant. Pricing was also really clear and reasonable. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Very rude staff not helpfull to tenants will keep your deposit if you let he owner Clayton foston tells lie after lie not an honest agent Will never use again. Just look at Belvoir reply more lies. I do not know what that lying estate agent is say Clayton foston just more lies worst agent I the East Midlands. Just read all the reviews it speaks for its self. The photo at the bottom is how they left the house they rented me after repairs. Ha ha ha read letter from a tenant below and now a criminal conviction. For eviction a tenant unlawfully This man Clayton foston. Should now be removed from trading. With the public. As he is a real criminal. There is one good thing. He reserved a fine of £10,000. Plus will have to pay compensation to the poor tenant. He put on the street.

I had a lot going on when I was selling my house but Ruth and Clayton at Belvoir made it very easy for me. Thank you. Clayton helped me by putting me in touch with tradesmen that could work on the house and install appliances. Ruth made short order of selling the property and negotiating the best price for me. Katie Everrit has been totally awesome at Belvoir Hinckley Branch, I was at risk of homelessness but she accepted quickly all my documents and satisfied the landlords requirements seeing as ive only just gone self employed. Katie has been very efficient in our email exchanges and I'm pleased to say my daughter and I are now safely settled and organised in out lovely new rental, god willing for many years as the location in burbage old village is amazing! Dreadful. Enter property without notice or permission. Landlord was nosy and popped by constantly. When we complained that they entered our property and set the alarm off whilst we were on holiday, the owner who is a bully, threatened to evict us. Boiler broke down and they tried to teach me how to use the thermostat until I insisted someone attends (and who had to repair it). The whole process was made very stressful, they were really unpleasant to deal with.

1 Star is too much for these. If you're a tenant or a landlord run! Throughout our tenancy it was plagued with problems only made worse by Belvoir. Any issue with the property wasn't communicated to our landlord to fix it including a faulty boiler, yet proceeded to blame the holdup on the landlord who wasn't even aware. Inventory and 'professional' clean were done half an hour before we were supposed to move in, we were disgusted at the state of the fridge and the cigarette butts in the bed. (challenge me on it I still have the photos) This team has no respect for the landlords or the tenants who use their services. Moved out almost a year ago, only writing this review as the DPS scheme said that belvoir they confirmed we were still living in the property. I have rented many a property from being at uni and all I can say is the service of the other estate agents are 10 Stars compared to this branch.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Belvoir Agents let out our property in Hinckley for many years. We are based in London so were very reliant on them. They provided an excellent service, communicating well, finding good tenants and arranging repairs quickly. When we came to sell the property recently we had alot of issues with solicitors and surveys. Ruth Moss who was the agent dealing with our sale was fantastic! It doesn't deserve a star ! I had an appointment to see a house, and they called me 15 minutes before the appointment, that the house was given. They choose, instead of the owners. Other times, as many times as I called, to make appointments to see a house, the same lies, that someone lives there, and calls me when he can, never calls back. I also sent them an appointment inquiry on the website, likewise, they never respond. An agency, with lying people and no antipathy. I wish you to have part the same thing, how you treat people !

I recently concluded a lease with Belvoir Lettings, and I must say it was by far the worst renting experience I've encountered in my seven years of tenancy. The unprofessionalism, rudeness, and sheer laziness of the letting agents were astonishing. One of the most concerning issues was the development of a mold problem in the property. Despite reporting it promptly, absolutely nothing was done about it for two months. This lack of action on their part forced us to make the difficult decision to move out as soon as possible, compromising our comfort and well-being. To make matters worse, we faced a faulty boiler situation right at the beginning of winter, with a five-month-old baby in the house. When seeking assistance, I was met with insensitivity from Nina, who is supposedly the director's wife. Her dismissive response, stating "There are people in worse situations," was not only heartless but entirely unprofessional. It's concerning that someone in a leadership position would respond in such a callous manner. I strongly advise anyone considering Belvoir Lettings to steer clear. Don't be fooled by the suspiciously positive 5-star reviews, as my experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. Save yourself the stress and frustration, avoid Belvoir Lettings at all costs.
