😡😡😡 IF ANYONE IS THINKING ABOUT USING REEDS RAINS REDDISH LETTINGS DEPARTMENT 👎😡👎 THINK AGAIN A BACKED UP SEWER FROM ONE OF THEIR MANAGED PROPERTIES HAS BEEN REPORTED OVER A WEEK AGO WITH RAW SEWAGE ERUPTING FROM THE GRID AND SPREADING OVER NEIGHBOURING PROPERTIES SOAKING THROUGH THE LAWNS AND ENTERING INTO THE WATER TABLE WITH EXTREMELY FOUL SMELLING WASTEREEDS RAINS HAVE DONE NOTHING TO SORT THIS OUT 😡😡😡

Tried to arrange a viewing but as I work full time and can't take calls I could only converse over email, something which isn't an issue with other estate agents at all. Reedsrains wouldn't allow this so I can't even arrange a viewing. Absolutely ridiculous and they need to review their policy. Information given over email is much clearer than over the phone.

GoogleI just rent my house from Sarah and Rhys. A great team from Reeds Rains . Excellent in keeping me informed for every step along the road to getting my new house . They were always there to answer my questions. Both of them went above and beyond to get me in, within 1 and a half weeks. They even opened the office earlier to finish the process and give me the keys!!! Bravo guys fantastic job. Thank you.

The service was apathetic. We did not receive the AST until about 2 days before we were due to move in (in December) having known we were moving in since August. The documents received contained errors and did not include pre-agreed terms. When we chased the response was always slow and unhelpful.

Very bad estate agents, not to be trusted. It took months and a threat of withholding rent to get a load of rubbish removed from back garden and loft. I was eager to finish my year with them, they then had the gall to with hold part of my deposit when leaving. I am in the midst of taking them to small claims. Beware

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to arrange a visit that fitted in with our schedule.The process of selling the house was explained well to us.We were frequently contacted by members of the sales team, by phone and email, ensuring we were kept up to date as the sale developed. Reeds Rain, Didsbury have been absolute gem! I have had 2y+ experience with them and they have helped me as much as they can to find a property of my liking that suits my mortgage budget. It was a long journey but worth the wait. Everyone at RR are helpful, kind and thoughtful. I will definitely recommend RR and I will also be using them in the future, if need be. Very friendly, genuine and quick with information and updates. He helped me and gave me advice and was always there. Agents like Bernard need be valued! It appears that Reed Rains only care about making money, their staff are programmed with a script of what to say and they do not deviate and act like a human being. Their charges are extortionate and lock you in with so many terms and conditions that even the the most experienced Landlords can get stung. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!
