Bamber Bridge branch were simply phenomenal in their service and I cannot give them enough credit for the help and support they gave me right through the entire sales process. Alison in particular was simply epic, she had the answers and was chasing the chain up to get it exchanged as soon as possible. Alison took so much stress out of the situation it just proves to me that not all hero wear capes she was brilliant! Thank you again everyone at the branch you are amazing!!!!

Preston staff rude and unhelpful. The letting agent rips you off or takes ages getting your deposit back. Disgusting branch and should be held to account for helping landlords steal your money.

Not impressed with them I find the reaction for booking a valuation lacks ......its very mechanical even though they offer a free valuation ( only if you are selling NOW ) they come across arrogant and not wanting to offer a service that would reflect what you are selling They miss the point. We are the client and they earn from the sale but they come across as they were in the 80's. Poor service Use another agent is my advice

Completely unprofessional, have no idea how to deal with foreigners coming to the UK for the first time for work, generic responses just to get you off, not thinking how it could affect their business in the long run. Such a shame for them for losing a loyal tenant. Guess I dodged a bullet by signing up with another agency.

GoogleI recently purchased a property from Reeds Rains, Bedworth and can honestly say the service was exceptional and second to none especially considering I wasn’t even their client. We decided to use another agent to sell our house however I will not make that mistake again and should we ever move again reeds rains will definitely be the only agent we contact to help us. We bought a property from Hanley Branch in Stoke On Trent and were promised that the property rubbish was cleared out and the the Brach Manager confirmed this.But the rubbish was left in the cellar and after numerous request to clear it was not dealt with.We do find this very unprofessional and now he is even stopped communicating !
