GoogleAbsoutely atrocious service. We rented through them for two and a half years, causing them no problems, however when it came to renewing for the final time we requested a rolling monthly break clause to allow us to serve notice for when we bought our own place. Now they are either knowingly deceitful or thoroughly incompetent, as the details which were agreed in email conversation did not translate into the contract. We were then pressured into signing a contract that was not watertight enough in its wording and as such we were forced to pay an extra month's rent on top of what was agreed previously before moving out. Avoid!!!!

GoogleUnfortunately I haven’t had a good experience from a certain member of staff at the Wollaton branch. Having worked in the industry I understand the process of buying/selling and not being able to give too much information away in terms of offers. However, my partner and I both received poor customer service from this member of staff who was rude and abrupt on more than one occasion which is not acceptable.

GoogleMy father used these to sell a property, unprofessional service. After a bid was accepted the agent then asked if the bidders could rent property instead . Agent also authorised bidders access to property to work on garden etc before completion without informing my father. Just avoid. Whole experience left my dad stressed due to terrible service

GoogleDon't even bother applying for a job/apprenticeship, it's a waste of time. The whole experience was dull,making me feel uncomfortable and small like I shouldn't even be there. Lack of enthusiasm and warmth towards me made me question if I should even pursue in the future my passion for this industry. Hopefully in the future they will learn from this and change their attitudes.

Proactive plus first rate communication with all parties throughout. Couldn't fault. When we sought their advice it was sound. their judgements were good. They were timely and managed the situation regarding our sale very well. I would recommend them.

GoogleI Can't fault them for my recent move, we had a buyer drop out and I was resold the very same day. This happened because the team took a drop out personally and reacted very quickly, getting potential buyers to view the smae day and negotiating the sale. I was extremely pleased/relieved!
