GoogleThe team dealt with my rather difficult house purchase with proffessinalism and were very helpful with every update. They would call regularly, even when there was no update, just to let me know that they were continuing to push things through. As pleasant an experience as could be imagined, I would recommend them to anybody. Ally and Jordan were particularly helpful with all the queries we had.

GoogleDisgusting agent and landlord, they withhold our deposit £264 as cleaning fees for 2 bedrooms , at the end we got £264 back from Mydeposit after we disputed!

GoogleGreat service and speedy sale despite putting my house on the market at the worst possible time - i.e. financial crisis/mini budget. Although I opted for not having a for sale board I had many viewings all accompanied by really helpful Your Move person and I felt really well looked after throughout.

GoogleAvoid at all costs!!! Arranged a valuation through them, got my name wrong, number wrong and even address wrong!! If they can’t get the basics right then what chance have they got at selling my house?! Far better experienced agents in the area with better customer service and fees too!

Good Afternoon, thank you for your phone call and your review - as we explained to you on the phone our lettings team were all on the phone and the quickest way to get this resolved was to email in! I was privy to the conversation you had with my staff and on no account did she say it wasnt our problem! We are in contact with the residents there and the landlord and the issue is being looked into. Thank you.
