GoogleAs a potential buyer the team at William H Brown (Upper Parliament Street, Nottingham) have been a pleasure to deal with. Charlotte took my enquiry, arranged the viewing and dealt with the subsequent communication in a friendly and professional manner. What impressed me most is that the team show the upmost respect for both the sellers and the buyers, never did I feel pressured or being 'played'. I also spoke with Edward about mortgage options and received some great advice, again without any unnecessary sales pressure. Unfortunately the property in question was not to be, but I have asked the Willian H Brown team to help me in my property search and I look forward to dealing with them in the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleIs there such a thing as a quality estate agent? Having dealt with William H Brown in Nottingham I can now say yes! I have dealt with numerous agents over the years and can count on one hand the ones who I felt were value for money. The business seems to have a very slick operation, and photos and the advert were done quickly and efficiently. A special mention goes to Charlotte, who was superb the whole way through the transaction, always on hand with any questions, and constantly pushed the sale through via solicitors particularly when things got a bit sticky with my buyer! Would highly recommend, Charlotte thank you, William H Brown are lucky to have you!

GoogleI've recently had an amazing experience with WHB,bought a property had it appraised and let within 5 weeks of buying it as informed from the outset,text book lettings from a great team.May i take this opportunity to commend Tiana Digva in her outstanding convicted approach to buisness,if she says she's doing something then its as good as done !! GoogleHad an arranged appointment for a house valuation, multiple confirmations and took half day off work for it. The time arrives and they don't turn up, can't get ahold of them either. Don't do business with such a bad company as they won't be in business for very long. Had a friend who was magically able to get one of these agents to value their own house and they underpriced it by only 100k, they also admitted to having no knowledge of the area.

GoogleThey experience has been awful. I rented a property from them and at the beginning of rent the sink in the bathroom broke, the water leakages caused the garage ceiling to break through and damage all the stored goods I had in the garage. When I called them I was told that they will action it straight away (thankfully I had a number of landlord, he came and fixed everything on the same day). Never heard back from agency until two months later they called me saying "we have a report of water leakage, do you need that fixing? " .....two months later... Not to mention that I moved out of the property two months ago and still haven't received deposit back. Absolutely ridiculous - they don't call back and I'm not given any explanations or dates.
