Avoid at all costs, communication is terrible, never get back to you, always make some excuse as to why they have not replied to emails, wrongly advise on mortgages, one of the worst I have dealt with!!

Absolutely dreadful avoid at all costsDreadful company only interested in getting your money used for letting property, hidden extras that they forget to mention. Never return phone calls. Run by inexperienced school kids with no knowledge of the real world

William H Brown require landlords to give six months notice to terminate the management contract. Completely unacceptable. Not very good at replying to emails or returning calls.

Useless in every way. Poor communication, misinformation, false promises, antagonising and losing our potential buyers, dragging their feet with documentation. Absolutely nothing to recommend them whatsoever. Would give them 5 minus stars if it were possible
