GoogleThank you to everyone at Tattershalls for the helping with the sale of our house. The customer service levels were off the charts. Extremely professional and the communication was excellent. I would certainly recommend you to anyone wanting to sell or rent a property.

GoogleUnfortunately I've had quite a bad experience with them after handing in my notice. After an inspection they asked me to rectify some things that they already knew were broken on the inventory and when called up on it didn't offer any kind of apology. Instead doubling down and acting like the cast of a soap opera. Initial contact however wss good and issues were sorted quickly.

GoogleInitially I had such a fantastic experience when moving into my flat, they were accommodating and couldn’t help enough. Unfortunately as I settled in it became apparent the flat I was renting was extremely tired and and had a number of problems which I ended up having to live with. To keep it brief, I had a leaking shower for the duration of my stay which I had to mop up each time I showered fo avoid flooding the bathroom. Unfortunately upon leaving my tenancy I still had a leaking shower which I was then told could only be fixed by lifting up floor which they planned on doing once I had left. I paid for all of my rent up front and sadly left really disappointed with the aftercare and little attempt to rectify issues that arose within the flat. I expressed my disappointment to Sophie in a letter of complaint, and only received one email back stating that she was sorry for my experience but that there was nothing more she could do. I would have at least expected a courtesy call or some sort of negotiation that pleased both parties. Instead my emails were ignored. A real shame, as this was my first renting experience and even down to receiving my full deposit I am currently having to dispute that. Further more I am in the process of having my case looked into with the hope to retrieve back some of my rent money.

They kept me informed of progress during the selling process, vetted viewers to weed out time wasters and once a sale was agreed chased up the solicitors on a regular basis to keep the process moving forward as smoothly as possible. This is not the first time I have sold nor purchased a house (I have experience of quite a few estate agents!) and they are by far the best company I have worked with. My circumstances were challenging because the new home I was buying was so delayed but Tattershalls were excellent at keeping my buyer informed of the changes and being in touch with me to see how things were progressing.
