I was a tenant at a property managed by Tatershalls for 18 months. Everyone there is always super friendly and professional and were very quick to assist with any issues that came up during my tenancy. They would always give plenty of notice for any scheduled visits and were very accommodating to what suited us. A special mention to Katie who does an exceptional job and keeps great communication. She assisted me with an issue that was fairly drawn out. This was outside of her control though and I think she handled it really well and kept me reassured that we would get a resolution as soon as possible. Overall, I really appreciated my time as a tenant with Tattershalls and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a flat.

I had an amazing experience from start to finish! Tattershalls offers a fantastic portfolio of rental apartments at very reasonable prices. As a foreigner renting in the UK for the first time, everything was new to me, but I was fortunate to work with Gabbie, who helped me every step of the way. From providing a virtual apartment tour via video call to notifying utility providers about the new tenancy, Gabbie was always polite, responsive, and incredibly helpful, ensuring a smooth process. If I ever need to rent another apartment in Nottingham, Gabbie and Tattershalls will be my first point of contact! And the cherry on top, they use super user-friendly digital tools that make the entire process so easy!

They were pleasant and helpful while I was a tenant. On-time payments. No complaints. Property cared for. They carried out multiple inspections during my tenancy. Never once was anything flagged as an issue. As soon as I left, the tone flipped completely. Despite leaving the place in excellent condition with photos to prove it, they clawed back 90% of my deposit. It felt like a cash grab, pure and simple. The friendly service disappears at the end, replaced by aggressive deductions. If you rent here, just assume you won’t see your deposit again.
