GoogleI couldn't of asked for the helpful people after what had been a hard time for me. I got everything I needed to sell the house the people was very professional and polite and I was able to watch the auction live and I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

GoogleI was apprehensive about buying via auctioneers having experienced issues in the past however, with SDL, the service was excellent, contact was frequent and the SDL personnel, from Tim, who hosted the viewings, to Property Manager, Rachel, were most helpful and knowledgeable. Felt re-assured throughout the whole process which went very quickly and without problems.
