Not our first SDL auction, but the first we bought at. From viewing the house, to registering to bid and buying, very straightforward. Great staff and very helpful. My only issue is the huge 4.8% buyers fee. This hasn't always been there and I think it's a poor move.

Staffs are rude and impolite. Always argue the reserve price with customers. They said your price is overpriced and want you a low starting price, otherwise they refuse to put your property in the auction. They asked you to set the price they wanted but without valuation supported. They are very unprofessional. When I complained the case to their senior staff, there are no respond.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
