I brought a property through SDL and still haven’t received the keys to the property as of yet
We're disappointed to receive your review. We've looked into your purchase and can see that we didn't receive keys for this property, we arranged viewings through the tenant who naturally had access. Our team have emailed you again today to confirm this and we've also put another call through to the seller to double check if there are any spare keys to handover. Too many lots in 1 day. This takes away 1 day from the completion timescale.
Thank you for your review. The number of lots we offer in our auction does not affect the completion timescale. We have various teams working throughout the auction to send out contracts as soon as possible after the hammer falls. The only time this may be slightly delayed is if we're waiting for information from the purchaser, such as their solicitor details. Really bad experience thus far. After being promised heaven and earth last year only for the house sale to fall through. I am hoping that this time around it will be a better experience. My property is being listed for a second time.

Everything ran like clockwork and I am pleased to say that the sale was fully completed as agreed. There are fees but as long as you make certain that you are aware of them then there’s no issue
