YellFar beyond poor customer service and communication!
Zero response on offer made on 2 unsold properties via email. Their auto response clearly states that emails will be responded to by the next working day, obviously this did not happen. Not sure if they are serious or committed to helping people sell their properties if they do not sell first time around at auction, so sellers should be made aware of that fact. Previously I have had online queries on auction properties ignored also and when asking them a direct question via phone, have been met with please read the auction particulars which I obviously had done! Follow up: after my negative review on trustpilot, I was left a message to email them directly so an email was sent as requested and was met with the same wall of silence as previously!
