Googlewould not recommend to list with this agent, they arrange viewings and totally forget about the appointment and then afterwards ring to say they accidentally double-booked.

Googlewhen we call our letting agent I feel I am talking to a relative or a close friend .i have been dealing with reads rain for 5 years .when I get contact first time Raj Sharma deals with me and he was so friendly and helpful. He listen to my requirements and talk to the landlord on behalf of me and everything was sorted before we move in . In these five years when ever we have any issue in property it was solved on priority and without thinking about any cost of repairs . Best letting agents in the town 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

GoogleUnprofessional. I asked to see the house that I rented (only my fiancé saw it) and gave only deposit and half of the rent and they were just saying no. I had an issue to complete the papers and I asked for help and they sent me home and booked an appointment on Saturday morning (they are supposed to be open) and I went there and nobody was there, and the door was locked. They just want the money and they don’t help you.

GoogleI have over the years dealt with the Nottingham branch of Reeds Rains and I have always found them to be pleasant courteous and frequently going the extra mile to ensure that the customer or client is pleased with the dealings effected this has over the years entailed selling properties in the local area namely Nottingham and frequently seeking advice in respect of related matters . The staff at various times in the absence of the director have been extremely helpful in extending their professional advice and guidance.

GoogleI usually don't leave reviews however I would not like anyone to experience what I had to out up with, with this agent. Tried sell a city centre flat almost a year ago with this agent. Came out to do an appraisal and all went well. Manager talked the talk and I instructed them. 6 weeks later no interest and I couldn't understand why. Very hard to contact their office. Finally I went to check the advertisement for the apartment and it was none existent. Not on rightmost, zoopla etc. They hadn't even bothered advertise despite tell me they did. It just got worse and worse from there. After months and months I arranged a private sale to my friend and they said they would have to charge me their standard fee despite my friend never even speaking to them. I wanted out of the contract then and it just took for ever. All the manager could see was the money. Became extremely unprofessional, probably the most greedy agent I've ever met. Stay well away.

GoogleWe have rented a house via Reeds Rains agency. They are very responsive and professional. We have rented an amazing 2 bedroom apartment with beautiful furniture in an adequate per month rent. They are always happy to help. Though the service for repairs is bit slow ( may be due to pandemic) but reeds rains is making sure to keep us informed and get it expedited.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

GoogleProfessional, yet personal. I've sold and rented properties through here and always had the best of service. OK, they have occasional issues with answering the 'phone, but that's down to being a small agency and being understaffed sometimes. They do have to do viewings (rental and sales) which means the office is unmanned at times. Take that into consideration and you might understand and appreciate the effort they put in to deliver your requirements. Highly recommended.
