Would most definitely recommend this estate agents. Went to see a property put an offer in and within a day was accepted feeling very positive about the experience. Raj is not your typical 9 to 5 agent. He's always available to help and answer any queries even outside of the normal working hours which is of course very useful and beneficial. Speediest estate agents I've ever encountered (writing this as a prospective buyer who viewed a property on a Saturday & had my offer accepted & confirmed by Monday morning). Reeds Rains also use WhatsApp alongside the usual methods of communication which has made for very fast & convenient communication & taken a lot of the stress & time out of the process so I'd definitely recommend viewing any properties they're representing if you're house hunting.

We listed our house for sale after a conversation with Raj about it, he organised the photographer and epc report after a video walk round so we got the full effect of the house for folk to see, a week or so later the house was on the market and had loads of interest with 3 viewings a day booked for a week in advance, the house was listed for 10 days and we decided to accept an offer above the listed price, We were in shock it sold that quickly, Reeds Rains did there job brilliantly and we can’t thank them enough...PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I am a subcontractor and provided a drain down service on a property managed by Reed rains. They still owe me the £60 for this service a year later, after I drained down the empty property to prevent any flood damage during the winter months, saving the company potentially thousands of pounds in damage.. I have repeatedly sent emails about this outstanding invoice but to no avail.. This company is only out to take your money and provide no reliable service. I am actually disgusted.NegativeResponsiveness

I've been a tenant with Reeds Rains for 2 years and it was a very smooth and pleasant experience. Their staff are always available to assist and provide the necessary support regardless. The director is a very welcoming individual who has been constantly handling any issues swiftly and professionally.
