GoogleI rented one of their rooms for 9 months, and it was a very satisfying experience as the agency was very responsible and professional. I do not have any complaints. I moved out for personal matters but I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place. GoogleDuring my tenancy with Nottingham Lettings, I've had such a positive experience. They have been kind, accommodating and very quick to answer any queries or concerns. If there has ever been an issue with the house, they are immediately on the case and the problem is resolved carefully and efficiently. Staff have gone that extra mile to ensure everything is running how it should be and that the tenants are happy. I definitely recommend Nottingham Lettings and thank them for the help they have provided.

GoogleGreat customer service. Throughout my 3 years at university Nottingham Lettings were very proactive to fix any problems and Gen and Martin were very quick and easy to contact. Would definelty recommend.

GoogleDo not use this company. They have no qualms with ripping students off. They failed to give back our deposits for 3 months (despite it being in our contract that we would receive them within 10 days) while ignoring all of our attempts to contact them via email and phone. We had to involve the deposit protection scheme. Would never use again very unprofessional.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI’ve rented from Nottingham Lettings for over 3 years in several flats. The process is always easy and the staff help get things moving quickly. Ive recommended several friends to Nottingham Lettings over the years for short and long term renting as they really are good and don’t change ridiculous fees. You can always expect a good service with any issues such as plumbing etc being fixed asap. I’m genuinely happy to know that I have this company as my landlords.

GoogleWhen my daughter got a place at Nottingham Trent University I was delighted for her but a little apprehensive about the fact that she would have to move away from home. Luckily, with the help of the lovely people at Nottingham Lettings, she found the perfect place. Her room is clean, she has her own en suite and the house comes with all the mod cons that she has at home. The lettings agents were so easy to deal with and made, what could have been a stressful time, an easy and pleasing transition. I would highly recommend Nottingham Lettings, they certainly take the worry out of the uni move

GoogleBeing from the States and moving to England has not been the easy task I might add. Finding a place online is not always the best method. But a simple drive from Portland Oregon over to Nottingham would not suffice as my car probably wouldn't make it past the Atlantic. Hours and hours of research became weeks and weeks of research. Finally I came across an agent who pointed me in the right direction. I landed here at Nottingham Lettings. I only wish I would have discovered them sooner. They took all the weight off my back and went that extra mile by doing most of the paperwork online. And the flat is absolutely a bargain for what I was looking for. Nottingham Lettings, you guys rock. Highly recommended!!! Thank you!

GoogleReally good service provided by Nottingham Lettings. Flexible on arranging viewings and helpful with the process of applying and moving in. All documents signed electronically which was very convenient also. From seeing the listing to moving in took less than 2 weeks! Edit: Having since moved out I can confirm that Nottingham Lettings provided a good service at all stages - very reasonable throughout the checkout process. Would recommend.

GoogleWe have found Nottingham Lettings to be fair and honest during our time of renting with them this year. From the initial setting up of the contract to the general running of the apartment, they have been professional and efficient.
