They respond quickly, they cater to your needs, bery helpful and understanding. Thats all you need to know. In other worss, the services provided was close to perfection. And highly recommended!! When I first use NL as my agent, I had to make quick ammendements on my arrival dates/time and when I left the house, same thing happened. But the thing is, the process was smooth and they were very helpful. When it comes to the most important part, the house/room, they were extremely beautiful. Clean and was fixed with the modern design. You dont have to worry about a thing. Fitted well, and as for the heating/shower they wete both great. The mattress??, excellent! During out stay , they added certain additional features like the kitchen lightings, alarm, and when it comes to fixing any problems, they were quick to respond. There was one time when we had issues with out heatings, and they came late at night to settle the issues. If not an emergency, we would have waited fir the next day, but it was snowing outside, so yeah. I would definitely use their service again once Im back from my placement. And have already recommended it to my friends ro rent the room that I had the pleasure to stay at.

We rented a house through Nottingham Lettings. As tenants, we would like to say that we are very happy with them (Martin and Gen), it's been a very good experience. They are very helpful and respond to our queries always on time (we can not say same for our current estate agents though.) Martin and Gen are also available to be contacted at all times by text and e-mails (not only by post letters which is slowly and inconvenient sometimes) and respond quickly. I remember once my neighbours downstairs (also Nottingham Lettings tenants) were on holiday and their fire alarm wouldn’t stop sounding at 11:30pm, we sent text to Martin and 15 minutes later he came and switched it off. we had good sleep and went to work in good condition. Martin is very professional but he also understands the tenants needs and deal with respect. Excellent communication, friendly, very straight approach. I moved to Nottingham 3 months ago and found an apartment with Nottingham Lettings. Martin and Gen were really helpful in helping me find and apply for the apartment. They have been very responsive and helpful with any issues I have had with the apartment. The oven wasn't working properly a few weeks after I moved in and this was replaced for me within days of me calling them. I would definitely recommended to anyone wishing to rent a property!

Contacted them about a couple of properties, despite the properties being reduced in price they still “aren’t taking viewings”. It’s almost like they don’t want customers. Im a full time employee with good credit history and references. LANDLORDS BEWARE these people will not get you tenants in an efficient manner. AVOID.

Originally I signed a 6 month lease with Nottingham Lettings. Instead of saying for 6 months I stayed 4 years! They offer great value for money compared to anywhere else. It’s impossible to stay somewhere for 4 years and not have any issues but what really stands out is if there was a problem it would be fixed as quickly as was possible. I felt that the team were always reasonable if ever I needed to contact them. As my circumstances are changing my property plans have changed but if that wasn’t the case I would have continued to be a tenant for Nottingham Lettings. I've been working with Nottingham Lettings as an overseas landlord since 2018 and it's been brilliant. We are always kept informed of any issues and always paid on time. The first time we visited one of our properties, there were tenants there and we asked them about their experience and they said they were more than happy. Looking for a new property to rent and i have to say they are the worst letting agency ive ever spoken to. Rang up to be informed they only work 10-2 now ( not sure why thats acceptable) Asked basic details about the house they knew nothing about it , like it says its a bungalow but has what looks like second floor? asked for a viewing werent interested and told that they dont accept any pets , when asked if they could ask the landlord as its been on the market for a while and had just been reduced refused to even acknowledge the idea. Dont bother even try renting with guys even if the there is a properity listed that you may want , they either wont be like whats listed or just wont do anything you need from them. Any landlords that use them, after the brief conversation i had , if you are paying anything you are paying too much

Nottingham lettings are the worst rent business to use while in Nottingham. I can’t stress how poor the customer quality has been post leaving their house. I have never encountered such a idiotic and unprofessional business that has no issue ripping people off. It has now been nearly 3 months since we left their property and they still refuse to send the money they owe. The customer support lady is useless and we’re “unable” to contact the people who gave us the accommodation in the first place. I would recommend that any students looking to rent from this place find elsewhere. DO NOT USE THIS PLACENegativeProfessionalism
