DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. I am parent of a student who is currently in one of their properties. They still have unresolved problems from when they moved in in July. The company are very unresponsive and basically just take the money. They should be properly investigated and not be allowed to operate until they have been. DO NOT USE.

Contract ambiguous- says includes all bills and then a fair utilities clause- beware- it's a small amount which includes items such as midterm clean? all bills including TV licence. insurance etc up to £18.00 per person per week allowed. I wouldn't want anyone to go through this- hence review- tread very cautiously with this outfit.
