STAY AWAY! DO NOT RENT!I could write essays about how disgusting this company is first off they are extremely unprofessional and scandalous from arguing and speaking down to tenants on group chats then deleting the chats and kicking everyone to ensure nothing gets out to the internet dropping out every 2 months and then tasking 3-6 hrs to fix it, extremely unorganised maintenance takes forever to get done and when they arrive they are completely unaware of what flat to go to and which room needs maintenance and the most disgusting horrible thing of all they mess with the contract as my move out date was changes to a month earlier and they also try to scam you out of your deposit by charging you for the dumbest stuff.PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE DO NOT RENT WITH THIS AGENCY I CANNOT EMPHASISE THIS ENOUGH!!!!!

If I can rate the place a minus, I will. NEVER RENT WITH THESE CLOWNS. From bad heating to bad piping to horrible waste disposal etc. Our house was smelling like the gutter for months and these clowns said they couldn’t perceive any smell and did nothing about it. We couldn’t cook and couldn’t sleep in the house and had to report to council. They locked up the group so we don’t complain about the horrible management. We had a time when our front door wouldn’t open and for 48 hours we had to scale the fence to go out through our neighbours because our second exist which is supposed to be at the back wasn’t functional also!! I can write a whole essay about these clowns. STAY AWAY for your sanity!!

DO NOT RENT WITH LOC8ME.FYI - the staff members also post fake positive reviews to counteract the bad ones, and just reply with automated responses and no follow up for bad reviews, so bear that in mind.Honestly a complete shambles of a company… The way they treat their tenants is shameful and they seem to lack basic interest for anything regarding their job-roles. The office is basically completely student run, so every time you call you speak to a different person and nobody ever knows how to help or even answer basic questions.They require mid-tenancy inspections, whereby they schedule an appointment to visit and inspect the property. This is now the fifth time they have scheduled this appointment and failed to turn up. Not only that, but they don’t let you know they are cancelling either, so unless you call them yourselves and specifically ask if they are still coming, they just don’t show up. It is appalling how completely unprofessional and disrespectful they are. What is the point in asking tenants for a suitable appointment date if you then just completely ignore this and don’t bother coming anyway, especially when tenants have taken time out of the day to be there for the appointment. Also, despite having scheduled appointments and it being written in the contract that they must inform you 24 hours beforehand and have your consent, they still entered our property, which is a complete breach of contract, and quite frankly illegal.Also, if you have any issues with maintenance in the house, it takes over 2 weeks for them to respond, and even then ,you have the same issue where it is completely your responsibility to chase them for updates on when it will be sorted. They completely keep you out of the loop and think it is acceptable to just do what they please, without considering how it affects other people. Good luck getting your deposit back too, because they will find any tiny fault in order to keep hold of your money.
