GoogleHad an inspection about a month ago - reported a major issue about the front door. We were advised that someone will be in touch shortly. This was a month ago and no one got back to us. On the front door we have 2 locks, non of them works. When the first one broke down they simply told us to use the other one. Now both are wrecked. Today, i have phone up their Long Eaton branch and i was asked to take pictures and send them via email. Why are you doing inspections then ? Having to re-schedule my whole week so someone can come in to take pictures for what ??? Should i mention, this problem has been ongoing since March 2019.
