GoogleVery poor Service. Emails are constantly being ignored and I receive mixed messages from different people . Manager is always unavailable or they will promise a call back that never happens. When you finally speak to Manager Amy Dawkins she does very little to help or even acknowledge complaint.

GoogleAs a landlord I've used a number of lettings agencies arround nottingham and Haart are definitely the best of the national firms. The current lettings team are very good and Amy has been very helpful in dealing with a tricky situation at the end of a tenancy.

GoogleIf it was an option I would rate them 0 stars. Rubbish agency. Worse service ever. To get something done you have to go to the office and shout at them. Otherwise they will keep saying we will call you back and they never do. They also lied and spoke on my behalf without asking me. They actually never asked me Avoid avoid avoid!
