GoogleBeen dealing with Nathan at Haart recently. Must say he's one of the best sales guys I've come across...very professional and not pushy at all! The 1st potential buyer bottled out at the last minute but Nathan managed to find a 2nd buyer within just a few days later...at a higher price!! I would def use him again to sell other props in the future.

GoogleMy tenants served 1 month notice and Haarts failed to action the email and re-market the property resulting in me being without rental income for a period of time. Levels of communication from the agency with respect to anything relating to your property is very poor and tenants feel very dissatisfied with response times to issues.

GoogleDinesh was fantastic and clear with the whole process of renting our first house. Being young and inexperienced it was quite overwhelming to think about all the different formalities that come with being a tenant but because Dinesh was so patient and understanding it made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
