GoogleWaited 50 minutes for a viewing, no one turned up. Pretty poor service.

We are really sorry if this is the case, but obviously cannot check as you haven't left us a name! From time to time, we can make diary mistakes, but we always try out best and usually the office will be open should you need to check the time or whether someone is coming out to see you. We are really sorry if we kept you waiting as this would NEVER be our intention. (Not only do you guys have a bad experience, our Landlords house doesn't get let!) Please PM us your details and we will send you a gift voucher by way of an apology!
