GoogleDon't use their letting service, it's totally a waste of time and money. We had put in an application on 13th August, since then it's a nightmare. We have to run after them to get a update. Always get the response that they will call me back, but they never do! "Luckily" we got refused by the landlord, so we will get our admin fee refund that we are still waiting. I cannot imagine what il will be like using their services as a tenant!

GoogleSome of the most incredible service I've had in all my life. Georgina had a tenant move into one of my properties a couple of weeks back and was extremely attentive and supportive in all preparation of documents. She made the service efficient enough for me to just lay back. I would highly recommend using Bairstow Eves, and asking for Georgina James. I will definitely remember this experience and will return with future properties and plans.

GoogleI had to give 1 star - A truely shocking experience, very nearly put me off renting altogether, but I had faith in other Estate AGENTS - I have never ever experienced such bad Customer Service in my life - please please stay away from them - they do not deserve your custom. They make a judgement on you, even before the application process has started. Luckily, I have had my faith re stored by one of your Competitors.

GoogleExceptional customer service and advice from Meg Ashton in the Nottingham team. I was really struggling to find a house to rent before I rang Meg, within hours she set up a viewing of my dream property and I was able to secure it all down to her hard work ! I would highly recommend Bairstow Eves but make sure you ask for Meg she was a massive help start to finish !

GoogleThey got me my dream place, and they worked really hard to help my chase references for my cohabitant that was dealing with a very difficult work place, all very pleasant and charming staff who are very humane and understanding. The repairs and issues service they have with a special website seems very good I used it for one minor issue and it seems to have been chased up straight away. Also they are very quick to respond and very professional.

GoogleThis is a review left by a Landlord, bunch of con-artists, liars and I have never met a bunch of such deceitful people - excluding Barclays Bank. They cannot tell the truth, they play both sides and are extremely poor at that. Make up fantasy stories, quote law which none of them are qualified to do. I feel sorry for tenants having to actually sit and listen to their complete and utter rubbish - thankfully I do not need them and would never use them again. Even if I had a shed for rent I would not give it to these bunch of jokers.

GoogleFound a lovely property to rent and decided to give them a call to arrange a viewing, unfortunately they didn't make any efforts to find a viewing appointment that could suit us both, they gave me two dates to view the property which I couldn't make but I told them I had all this week off to view properties and they simply couldn't even be bothered to try and make any effort to get me an appointment. Now after reading the other reviews I'm actually grateful I didn't get a viewing as I believe this company would have only wasted my time. Shame though I would have really loved to rent that property.

GoogleFrom when i started the process of looking for a rental property i was very nervous due to never doing this before however from meeting Megan at the viewing to moving in she has been very helpful and we have had no issues at all throughout the journey. I would highly recommend to use Bairstoweves from the great customer service that is provided and we could not be happier with our house:)
