GoogleWe recently used the let only service and I was astonished that my house was rented in 3 days after I purchased it. Tiffany was very quick to take pictures and put the advert on RM. She and other team were helpful, adviced us and did everything they can. Very cooperative and guided us too. I m giving 4 stars because the accounts team deducted money which I wasn't aware. They apologised though but errors related to money matters is unprofessional and unacceptable.

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic service from Alice Ingram and the team at Bairstow Eves Maid Marion way, Nottingham. A credit to the estate agency, Alice was always there when you needed her; to answer any questions or to chase enquiries. Her customer service is impeccable and such a lovely person. TrustpilotABSOLUTE BUNCH OF LIARS AND TEAM OF CROOKS WITH NO HONESTY OR INTEGRITY
To all landlords leave them as soon as you can. These people don't listen to landlords. They done investigate. They only work to pass on cost to landlord. They dont care if the property is damaged or not been looked after. They even done care if tenant is in breach of tenancy agreement.

Would just like to say a big thank you to Lisa Brookes.I would recommend anyone looking for good customer care, attention to detail and a professional and personalised experience to Lisa. An amazing listener which was duly noted as Im quite literal and very black and white person. She understood my position thus far and how I was not happy or satisfied. Did not complain or was rude but took me on and made it her mission to get me processed and through the system as quick as possible. Because of this I now have the accommodation I want. Was very close to taking my business elsewhere. Amber brown was very professional in the viewing and answered my queries.At first I wasn’t sure whether to leave a review due to certain difficulties I came up against whilst dealing with Bairstoweves but the way Lisa took on my case and made it her mission to turn my experience around was outstanding and should be an example.

GoogleI have been a Landlord for only the last five years or so and during that time I have my properties managed by Bairstow Eves Nottingham. I have a full time job and need reassurance that my properties are being managed well. Which is why I am so happy to be a customer of Bairstow Eves. I have never had a problem that the team have never solved for me, the communication is swift and accurate and it gives me a large degree of ease so I don’t have to worry. I deal with Tiffany, Amy x2 and Sophie, sorry if I missed someone, when I say they are friendly I mean in the sense that I almost feel that we are all friends. I would recommend any new landlord to give them a call. Thank you for being there when I need you. P.
