GoogleTERRIBLE !! Treated disgusting by this estate agency. We had a student property for two years and when we moved in it was filthy. We looked after the house and cleaned it up. After having dealt with many problems at the problems at the house, with the estate agency reluctant to help out with, such as having a water bill being changed into our names and then the estate agency wanting to charge us money to send a copy of the contract to seven trent water to clear it up. After all this when it came to moving out, they are going to take £380 from our joint deposit for "cleaning" e.g a few bin bags left inside the house. which is just another money spinner for them. Also a £50 move out charge ! But worst of all they have said we owe £639 in rent arreas, then which changed to £684 but yet everyones sent their statements proving they've paid it in. UNHELPFUL STAFF, who keep fobbing you off and try to avoid you ! would not recommend to anyone, especially for students, they see you as CASH COWS!!! Maybe posting on here will get me a useful response .... Wish i could post ZERO STARS but GOOGLE forces me to put at least 1
