GoogleI have been with this letting agent for over 2 years, they have been very accommodating to my needs. Everhtime something has gone wrong in n regards to my tenancy or within the property, they have dealt with it superbly. The customer service is second to none and the prices are very fair.

GoogleA few staff in the branch are so rude. One actually told me that faulty washing machines are not life threatening problems when our washing machine broke down. It took them close to 2 months to get it sorted. Same with other problems we have in our flat. Moreover their agency fee is too expensive

GoogleThe negotiator fabulous and endearing; negotiating contracts fine; property management absolutely shite; rude; trying to get a straight answer regarding repairs JOKERS; pass the buck; no regular tenancy checks; quick to blame long-standing structural issues on tenants; 1x rule for 1 another for others; no consistency. Stay well clear. Internal departments don't talk among themselves.
