Wasted a 4 hour round journey to view a letting believing we would be first come first served but no. Obviously our money isn't as good as people that drive better cars. We even offered 6 months rent in advance (£9k). Blamed on the owners no doubt but not impressed at all!

Uninterested. They put your property on rightmove at their inflated valuation and wait until the price is reduced to its true value then pretend they have done something. They don’t suggest anything that might create interest. Absolutely useless

Barestow Eves Romford - Awful, Unprofessional,rude and lacking any honesty!!!By and large the worst estate agents we've ever dealt with as well as our own estate agents views on them. With the Manager being the route casue of losing 2 properties due to his negligence and bullying of potential vendors!!!

Well still waiting since last october i haven't used this company myself for this reason, my buyers are using the Grays branch. my buyers buyer has issues that the estate agents should have addressed early. Not a care in the world no urgency nothing sick of it. Poor

I arranged a viewing, on the way to the property (9:30 am) I get a call back and a text cancelling my appointment. This is unprofessional and simply wasting time. They will also get you on the phone, giving them your personal details before arranging a viewing.

Aleena Iftikhar,is very unprofessional,dishonest,and disgusting attitude.We were interested of viewing a property to purchase.In 24 hours we were told: freehold,100% ownership,couple of hours later,called and stated that is leasehold and 70% ownership.Next day contacted and asured us that is freehold and 100% ownership.Constantly denied everything she stated before.Lies,lies and more lies.Wasted my time.Stay away clear

Witham branch are completely incompetent and disrespectful. I am so disappointed after a deal agreed , 6 weeks later, completely dismissed and insulted. Stay clear of this branch, hopefully, other branches have more respect, professionalism and conduct.

Viewing properties with this agent - completely disorganised, terrible communication, very rude over the phone. Out of all letting agents I have been with over the years, this was by far the worst one to be with. Wish we had seen the other reviews before wasting our time with them

Slick sales pitch, followed by totally non-existent service to the point of rudeness at the Finchley branch. I think that I barely spoke to the same person twice, and had to explain everything multiple times to staff that seemed not to have the most basic grasp of their business. Not recommended at all.

TrustpilotAs a landlord they had a 5000 watch…
I rented a property with this company. They had a £5000 watch stolen from the house whilst showing someone around. It later got rented to someone who used it as a cannabis farm causing 30k of damage for which I recieved no compensation or even sympathy from the company.

The worst agent ever.Rude, disgusting, thieves. All they care is about money. They provide a poor service. Im letting from them, repairs takes ages you need to fight for it and replace stuff in the property they will choose the cheapest without the landlord knowledge. AVOID THEM at all costs.
