GoogleRented our first ever property from here, Alice was absolutely fantastic and explained everything we needed to know and gave us excellent advice throughout the transition. The referencing and insurance side is not so great and gave us many problems before collection however the staff on site we very helpful and we eventually sorted everything out would recommend them and especially Alice!PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleI could not of asked for a better letting agents to find my new student accommodation. They have been very professional throughout the whole process and was always updating me regular. GoogleI was having a nightmare of a day and needed a door handle fixing in my apartment, after calling and emailing property maintenance and with no luck I called bairstow eves and spoke to Eleanor. Eleanor literally had it all sorted for me within an hour and by 2.30 the door handle had been changed and she saved my sanity. Wonderful girl :-)

Google5 stars, the best agency in Nottingham that I have ever been to, and I have been to almost all of them, there were difficulties in finding housing, since I am not currently employed. At Bairstov Eves, I was treated humanely, all the employees with whom I interacted there, Sharon, Joseph and Kieran, were very professional, but most importantly they treated me humanely, when I went to view the apartment I knew that there really was a great chance of renting it, others Agencies often didn’t even call me back after viewing, they didn’t even bother to say “no.” Here the agents treat you like a valuable client and not like prey. I would especially like to mention Joseph Latham, who was the guide for the apartment I rented, it’s nice to see the agent who really fights for you to get an apartment, a very pleasant and fast agent! On Monday the landlord accepted my application, and on Thursday I already had the contract in my hands and the keys to the apartment! Bravo! Highly recommended!
