GoogleJoanne at Bairstow is my letting agent, and she and the team do a fantastic job. A lot of work goes in to letting a house with the upkeep, licecning, tenancy etc, and Bairstow do an amazing job at keeping on top of all of this. Joanne is excellent at keeping me informed and she is always very quick to reply to any of my queries. If you are a student looking for a house or a landlord looking to let, look no further than Bairstow; highly recommended.

GoogleAs a landlord, I would highly recommend Bairstow Eves. They provide an excellent service and all the staff we have met, or spoken with on the phone, have been fantastic. Dominick Yates-Storey made the initial valuation on the property and was really helpful in answering queries. They then found us a wonderful tenant and there have never been any issues. Due to moving overseas, we have made the decision to sell the property and Bairstow Eves are currently marketing it for us. Claire Jackson and Jack Winfield have both been brilliant, really good at keeping us in the loop and providing advice.
