GoogleI have just rented a propery with Belvoir Nottingham West about a month ago. All the paperwork and process went smoothly and they are very professsional. The communication was fluent, they replied very promptly to my emails. When we moved into the property, there were some minor issues that I let them know, I was surprised how fast they contacted the contractor to come and have a look, and how fast I had the plumber and people fixing these issues. I can fully recommend them.

Julie in the lettings team is extremely helpful and throughout the process she was professional, approachable, and kept me informed with every update along the way. She's a true credit to the company! She even recommended an excellent company, CAL Maintenance, to help me with my move. Craig and Liam were a god send on move-in day, and went above and beyond to take the stress away from it all! I would definitely recommend Belvoir and CAL Maintenance and wish to thank them both for everything!

GoogleJulie and the team are great. Very professional and with excellent knowledge about the area. This is one of the estate agencies that really takes care and aims to "sell" your property to prospective tenants rather than just advertise it. Also one ofbtye few hat take photos using a professional photo camera. Great service and I'd definitely recommend. 5*

The Trusted AgentI had the pleasure of collaborating with the Belvoir, Nottingham West agency and to my surprise I received a lot of help, the fact that my family was on the road, the agents immediately made it possible for me to rent the wonderful apartment in a short time. Moreover, I met kind, patient, understanding and very polite people. The documents went very well and everything was well organized (even a nice gift when I came to the new apartment). A plus for me is both the cleanliness of the apartment but also the verification of all the objects in it, everything being visible and clear. The Trusted AgentYou will struggle to find better letting agents anywhere. I have rented multiple properties in Nottingham, Bristol and overseas, and have tried several letting agents whilst living overseas, i.e. when unable to manage the properties myself. Belvoir Nottingham West is the only letting agent to have come close to meeting my expectations and as a result I have now been with them for around a decade. Their staff are experienced, professional and courteous, and I recommend them.
