GoogleI’ve worked with Julie at Belvoir for over 12 years and found her to be an absolute true professional. She makes sure that payment to my account is always on time without fail and she’s very reactive to answer emails and urgent matters with my property immediately. Having lived abroad for several years I always knew that I could count on her and the Belvoir team to ensure all my landlord needs were being met. They recently found be me an excellent tenant within 3 days of listing, and that’s without any pictures being uploaded due to my property going through maintenance. You cannot get better than that 😊

GoogleCriminals. Do NOT USE! We rented a house from Uni2rent now taken over by Nottingham West Lettings. When we first arrived at the house the house was disgustingly dirty, and we spent two days cleaning the house to make it liveable, even the freezer was frozen over so much so we couldn’t use it! When we vacated the house the premises was spotless, they claim they’ve had to get additional cleaners in, which is total rubbish and will not return our deposit!

GoogleJulie and the team at Belvoir have been absolutely fantastic to deal with over the last year when we rented a property from them. From securing the property for us by discussing with the owner we had two small dogs and had been struggling to find a property that would accept dogs, to supporting us with any issues over the year they have been fantastic. They are always available by Phone/ email. I would definitely rent from them in the future and highly recommend them

GoogleHave been with Belvoir quite a few years now as a tenant and do not have one bad word to say about them. All the staff I’ve spoken to (Julie, Clare, Tony and Lloyd) have always been so polite and happy to help with anything. They’ve always been reassuring and supportive when I’ve had concerns and always eager to help. I would recommend Belvoir Nottingham West to anyone looking for a new estate agent whether that’s to buy/sell/rent the staff are great, friendly and genuine.

GoogleOne of the best agencies I've came across, the best part about this state agency is it's employees - people with heart, what's recently is missing in other companies. I would like to mention lady called Mary who was so nice to me and tried to help me in my situation. Another lady called Julie is just a fantastic person who is very professional, loves her job and tries to help people as much as she can. I feel really grateful. THANK YOU.

GoogleJulie made our moving experience pain free and always on hand at every step to help guide us through what was needed to be done up to the point of move in. Following our move any items that needed maintenance attention Julie delivered again first class customer service and got these issue sorted as quickly as possible. More recently our oven stopped working we emailed in the morning at opening time by 2pm an engineer had attended and fixed the issue. Whether you are a tenant or a landlord I'm sure this level of professionalism is the standard at belvoir west and I would highly recommend them to anybody.

Julie is a credit to Belvoir, her professionalism, patience (with my many questions) and friendly nature made it very easy for us to understand everything. GoogleWithout any doubt the worst estate agents branch in the notts area as clients data has not been updated for decades to the extent that old personal data of no longer existing customers is still being shared with contractors who need access into an address, that is a breach of data under any standard...about time Julie B. fills in a retirement form!! if she knows how to, that is! what makes you think l'd be showing my personal details here obviously you're used to sharing, as explained above which proves my point....
