GoogleI have been looking for accommodation in Notts since 1-Nov and couldn't find anything to my taste until the Belvoir agency showed me this lovely property in Park Wharf. The executive sent for my my viewing was extremely professional, didn't miss a detail about the property and was honest about every aspect. I would definitely recommend consulting Belvoir for classy property lettings.

GoogleI have used Belvoir since 2014 to manage my buy to let property and there is a reason I've stuck with them - they are excellent. Efficient, knowledgeable and personable. Recently, Klaudia helped me while sorting out a new tenant and she was great - just as all the team have been for the last 8 years!

GoogleWe used them for many years to let a flat in Nottingham which we inherited from my mother. . They always found tenants quickly and handled any problems that came up very efficiently. We are now selling up in Nottingham but would certainly use them again

GoogleI have been looking for a place to rent since I arrived to the UK nearly one month ago and I can tell house hunting is a difficult experience. GoogleVisited today Friday Dec 16th at 4.30pm. Made a special trip as advertised hours are until 5pm. Arrived there and office completely closed. Pathetic.

Hi Martin - You're a harsh critic, but we do apologise. It would appear that you would have missed us by seconds, but we accept the omission on our part for closing half an hour early for our Staff Christmas party. It would definitely be worth calling ahead had you planned a trip especially but thanks for your feedback

GoogleAmazing team of people, very considerate, always listened and helped with any issues we had when living in one of the properties. Would have stayed an extra year but needed a larger housing accommodation for extra people. Would really recommend as a student.

GoogleWe arrived to the agency and from the first minute we were felt comfortable. We were just getting to know how the letting system worked in the UK and they took us step by step throughout the process. Furthermore, they speeded up all the process to allow us to move into the property as soon as possible. From our behalf the experience was excelent, and we are most happy we our new home.

Dear Susan, Can we ask that you check you have the right company please - certainly it doesn't appear that we are/have ever acted for you on your sale. However, in the present market there are very few properties that are selling below the asking price - regardless of condition - so as long as you are taking the advice of the agent in question, then really there should be no excuse.
