GoogleBelvoir stands out from the rest of the letting agencies I have ever known. 1- The rent prices are reasonable. 2- The flat was professionally cleaned when I got the keys. 3- Once the boiler was down, they sent an electrician on the same day to fix it. 4- They are very responsive to emails and phone calls and are very friendly. ... If I ever want to buy a home, I will definitely go with the Belvoir.

Google100%scammers. Never willing to help, moved out more than 2 months ago and to this day we haven't had our deposit, keep saying that are waiting for the landlord to give the ok.
Dear Catalina, thank you for your rather scathing review. However, despite the accusations, we are well within the permitted guidelines for a deposit return and as you only vacated in January, we are not entirely sure where your disparity in time exists. We are also slightly confused as to why you would take this approach when it is ourselves that are seeking to ensure you are only responsible for the dilapidations you have created?? Anyway, our interests are to ensure the correct party is responsibility for the dilapidations and those items addressed accordingly. I believe the deposit has since been addressed and this matter is now closed. Kind regards,

Appreciate the effort put in by Klaudia in keeping this very clear, easy and hassle free. Being the month of students intake at Nottingham universities, it is a busy time and yet the professional approach helped in keeping things straight and mess free.

She was always on hand when needed and really was on it when needing to speed anything up or help with anything! GoogleVery nice agency and flat I received was really clean and there was some issues with its washing machine and sewer, after texting them, they instructed me to fix them quickly. Nice people and very patient. Cos it was my first time to rent a flat, have lots of questions about bill and deposit. They responded all my message and all my requests were accepted ASAP. They help me save a lot of money and they offer BEST service. Best agency I have ever met! Recommend to all student even professional.
