⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service from start to finish! Tom Clayton is absolutely fantastic! He’s an award-winning estate agent who clearly loves what he does, and it makes all the difference. From the very start he was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the housing market. I told Tom what I was hoping to achieve with my property, and unbelievably, everything happened exactly as he said it would. His advice was spot on, and he made the whole process feel so straightforward and stress-free. Savills really are a cut above the rest. From the moment I booked the valuation, I knew they were different. The photographer they used was outstanding, the photos of my home were beautiful and really showed it at its best. I honestly couldn’t recommend Tom and Savills more highly. If you want an estate agent who goes above and beyond, delivers on every promise, and makes the whole experience a pleasure, Tom Clayton is the one to choose!

I recently dealt with Dan and Chana at Savills regarding a property purchase. Although we ultimately decided not to proceed, I wanted to acknowledge how professionally the process was handled. Both were transparent, responsive and straightforward throughout. Communication was clear, expectations were managed properly, and everything was handled respectfully, even where we couldn’t quite reach agreement. It’s refreshing to deal with people who conduct negotiations in such a professional and measured way. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again in the future.

I had excellent communication from Natalie and Polly throughout the protracted purchase of our new home. I know that they were similarly proactive in communicating with our agent too. Always unfailingly polite and helpful. I'm particularly grateful to Natalie for telling us there was a residents' meeting due to take place, about matters affecting the private road. We had a very positive experience with Savills in purchasing our new home. We registered our interest with the Norwich branch and felt they had excellent local knowledge and took the time to work out how our budget could or couldn’t be stretched and type of style inside and out of property we liked. This meant that we were sent only appropriate possible houses which made our search much easier. We would highly recommend Natalie Howlett-Clarke who was very friendly, knowledgeable and always happy to help with a “can do” attitude and very responsive to messages and emails. If we need to, we would certainly use Savills in Norwich again in the future.

We used Savills Norwich for the sale of our house in South Lopham. Natalie had sold the house to us 5 years ago, so it was an easy decision to come full circle and use Savills again. Tom came to value and bringing the house to the market was straightforward. We had a very long chain covering areas all over the country. After several months, the agents even created a WhatsApp group to keep up do date with progress. Natalie was not only so patient with the parties and agents involved, but kept us all sane. I have known the brand for over 25 years. Social events, business even a past ex worked for them. A few years ago I discussed options for rental or sale A six bedroom substantial period cottage with five bathrooms and over £200k of upgrades. We had Luke warm marketing with local agents as two plots so decided to sell up as one for offers over £750k as a multi generation or large family cottage Having requested a meeting by email to discuss options I was told regrettably my property is unsuitable I respect due process to ensure specifications align but this was very abrupt end to any relationship with the brand.
